Hi Pat
I am hoping you are able to help me. I had a purchase of a pattern to down load. I got the email but have had a great deal of problems with my lap trying to down load it. I just got the laptop to be able to download, but now the email will not allow me to download.
I am wondering if it would be possible to send another email for the order #1137255 I am hoping you will be able to locate this under my name Marsha Lambert email [email protected]
I look forward to hearing from you
Marsha
Hi Marsha,
Pat doesn't work at Embroidery.com, but I'll be happy to help you. I can send the file to you via email. What embroidery format do you need (i.e., .VP3, .PES, .HUS, etc.)? Alternately, I'm including some step-by-step download instructions below, if you want to try downloading again.
Sincerely,
~Heather
[email protected]
Download Instructions (single files):
1) Login at Embroidery.com.
2) Hover over "Hello [Your Name] (Account)" at the top of the page.
3) Click on "My Designs."
4) Click on the design you want to download.
5) Click on "Details/Download." You will see a list of files in various formats.
6) Right click on the file in your format and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". Select your Flash Drive/USB Stick (or other location you'd like to save to) from the list. Click "Save." (If you're on a Mac, do this instead: click on the file in your format and then choose "save" or "okay" if prompted; otherwise, your file will automatically save to your computer. You'll need to drag it from your computer and drop it onto your stick/thumb drive.)7) Repeat for any additional designs.
Can you ship any of my order sooner than mid October?

Hello Phyllis, To find a record of your past orders, login and then in the upper right corner of your screen, click on "Hello Phyllis." Then you have the option to select "order History"
I ordered several large orders during the "tax sale" but they do not show up in my order history or "My Designs". Why?
Pat, we do not have "tax sales". Perhaps your orders were from another website, such as EmbroideryDesigns.com?

A month and a half ago I tried to access my thumbnails but I got an error message. I have tried several times again and it is still supposed to be repaired. Since the site has been "improved" it has been slower and slower to get to my purchases (on IPad and PC ) and it seems that the only way to get a quick overall view would be the thumbnails. What is going on
Hi Marielle, thanks for your message. We have updated the Thumbnailer page. Some design collections were large enough to cause an error page when all designs were returned at once. The page has been modified to return 256 designs immediately and then continue to fill the page as you scroll down. The one draw back is if you try to print the page without scrolling to the bottom, the printout may not contain all the designs. The Keyword search has also been added so you can show thumbnails matching a keyword.
I ordered info on digitizing lessons but have not heard anything on it, can u direct me. I watched a video from the woman I chose to teach and help me. Can u help
Hi, Barbara. I think you are on the wrong website. Please re-check who your lessons were ordered from and contact the appropriate company. Best wishes to you!

I love the kinship angels. I have a question and a suggestion. My question is-I found in the comments where someone asked if you could put persons' names on the angels. The answer was yes- any 1/2 inch lettering would probably work. My question is -How do you go about inserting it. How do I get it Into the design ? I would APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU COULD GIVE ME.
My comment is that I have bought all the designs and suggested two new ones. I made over 50 last Christmas for my church friends. I took a piece of glitter tulle and placed it on top of the stabilizer. When my design was finished I ended up with a sparkling angel. I left the stabilizer in for support and they really aren't meant to be washed ,any way. And just cut away the outline.
Hi Pat, You would need the software that allows you to insert text onto an existing design. Depending on how wide the name is you can email me and I can insert for you. [email protected] Thanks for the above suggestion. I bet that really does add a lot of sparkle!
Hi, Linda. It looks like you were able to get your order to go through in the end. Please let us know if you still need assistance; otherwise, I hope you are enjoying your designs.
