Online shipping overviewOur goal is to offer you competitive shipping rates and as many options as we reasonably can (depending on destination). That way, you can balance cost versus delivery time, and make a shipping choice that's right for YOU. Our goal is to process and ship all in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed online will generate a shipping confirmation e-mail to you at the time your package is shipped. Packages leave our warehouse Monday through Friday. SHIPPING NOTE: If the only item being ordered is No Basting System for Fabric/Rods and/or Oak Knobs, please be sure to change the shipping method to USPS for the best shipping rate. Call for quote for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO addresses. We ship to these destinations ONLY by USPS Priority Mail. International customers call for quote.
