How do I update my information?

"Account Options" is where you can view and/or change your personal account information, including your name, e-mail address, and addresses. To find it your "Account Options," first login. Then, go to "Hello [Your Name]" at the top of the page. Click on "Account Options." Depending on what infomation you'd like to update, click on "Account Profile" or "Address Book". Update and save.

Keeping your account information current will help avoid potential problems with ordering.

Hi there!

For Order #: 1186742, the billing address is different from the shipping address, however there wasn't a field to address this. Do you need the billing address, or will my order go through as is? The credit card was approved when I checked out.

It looks like your order went through, and has shipped. So I think you're good. Our company is a little different then other online stores. We'll still process payments even if the billing address is wrong on the order. Have a great day!

I tried to log in with gmail.com and reply was no account. I tried my old email of bellsouth.net and got the message about changing my password but I no longer use bellsouth.net. Now these old messages appear when I tried to open a gmail account. Please tell me what to do to use gmail and see all my past orders (I do get your marketing emails at gmail). I am going to place an order for Applique Wonder and hope it shows up someplace. Thank you!

I’m sorry, I updated my information but evidently it didn’t update it every where it needed to and I didn’t catch it till after my order was placed. The billing name and address should be the same as the shipping address. Hope you can fix it in time to not cause any problems.

Hi, Jacki. Thanks for the request. Please use the following instructions to download your pattern:

Download Instructions (single files):

1) Login at Embroidery.com.
2) Hover over "Hello [Your Name] (Account)" at the top of the page.
3) Click on "My Designs."
4) Click on the design you want to download.
5) Click on "Details/Download.
6) Right click on the file ("1286.pdf") and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". Select your Flash Drive/USB Stick (or other location you'd like to save to) from the list. Click "Save." (If you're on a Mac, do this instead: click on the file in your format and then choose "save" or "okay" if prompted; otherwise, your file will automatically save to your computer. You'll need drag it from your computer and drop it onto your stick/thumb drive.)

Hi, Mary. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, American Express, Discover). Make sure you are entering all information correctly (no dashes in the card number) and that your billing address is correct. If you still have trouble, you can try using a different card or calling us with your payment. (435) 755-0486.
