How can I tell if my order has been shipped?

Embroidery Central delivers a shipping notification email at the time your order is shipped.  This email contains a tracking number which you can click on to see the package's progress to your address.  You can also view your order status from your Embroidery.com account.

To see if your order has shipped follow these steps:

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on "Order History."

3. Click on the order number.

For more detailed information on your order's location click on the tracking number provided. Some orders may have been shipped from multiple locations. If you have questions concerning a shipment contact customer service by email at info@embroidery.com or by calling (435) 755-0486.

Thanks for checking. But order #407113 brought up an order in our system from 2005, for a different customer. I don't see any orders on your account. Was it by chance another company that this order went through? If you want to take pictures of your receipt, and send them to my email jeanne@embroidery then I can take a look. Donna, I under my co-worker has been in touch with you through Amazon and is working with you on this. She has sent an inquiry to USPS and is waiting to hear back from them. As she indicated, she will work with you again next Wednesday if your package hasn't arrived by then. Here's a copy of USPS's reply to her:

Hi, Lita. I'm sorry for your trouble. You purchased several designs for an embroidery machine. Is that what you intended to order? If yes and if you haven't yet, please try the following download instructions:

Download Instruction:

1) Login at Embroidery.com.
2) Hover over "Hello [Your Name] (Account)" at the top of the page.
3) Click on "My Designs."
4) Click on the design you want to download.
5) Click on "Details/Download." You will see a list of files in various formats.
6) Right click on the file in your format and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". Select your Flash Drive/USB Stick (or other location you'd like to save to) from the list. Click "Save." (If you're on a Mac, do this instead: click on the file in your format and then choose "save" or "okay" if prompted; otherwise, your file will automatically save to your computer. You'll need drag it from your computer and drop it onto your stick/thumb drive.)
7) Repeat for any additional designs.
