What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment options include:

1. Credit or Debit card: This is the most convenient method, allowing you to purchase and download designs immediately.

2. Mail a Check or Money Order: You can place your order and then mail your payment. Your order will be placed on hold until payment has been received (up to 60 days). We do not accept payment by check over the phone.

3. Credit/Purchase Orders (Net 30 terms):To request a credit application contact us at (435) 755-0486.

4. PayPal  - Complete your order using the "Layaway / Pay Later" option.  Email us at info@embroidery.com and let us know you would like to pay for your order via PayPal.  We'll send an invoice via PayPal.

Hi Deborah,

Non-profit organizations can submit documentation so they are not charged sales tax at check-out. Utah non-profits should email a completed TC-721 form to info@embroidery.com. Other states have their own version of a tax-exempt document, please look it up for your state, fill it out and email it to us. Thanks!

We're not Embroidery Designs, our company is Embroidery Central. We do take Discover as a payment option. So if you're putting in an order you should be fine to pay with Discover. Have a great day!

Hi, Nell,

Thank you for your question. To use the lay away option:
1) Click the "Lay-away" button on the bottom left corner of the payment page.
2) Make note of the options provided for Lay-away payment and make not of your selection.
3) The Purchase Order # is there for personal reference. You can either fill it in or leave it blank.
4) Click the "Continue Checkout" button on the bottom right side of the screen.
5) Click, "Place Your Order".
6) Follow up by completing payment within 30 days of placing your order.

Hi, Mona. I'm sorry-- you are correct that we do not accept PayPal at this time.

We used to accept PayPal but it was only used by a handful of people and required a lot of extra bookkeeping so we didn't migrate it over to the new site. It's on our development list as a low-priority item to be added some time in the future.

Give us a call (435) 755-0486. We can take your order over the phone or walk you through how to place an order online. Basically, you add the item to your shopping cart and then click "check-out". You will be prompted for address & payment information.
