Hi, Karen. The small disk that came with your Hemingworth thread has already digitized embroidery designs on it. If you have a tray-style CD drive, put it into the tray (it should drop into the middle, recessed area). You can then read it like you can any disk. If you don't have a tray style CD drive, or you would prefer to download your designs, you can can download them at any time from the My Designs or Order History page at Embroidery.com.

I would like to download my horse design pdf/color stop sheet. I could only print it, but would

like it as a part of my design information files.

Thank you

Hi Heather, I am so confused on this rewriteable card and box thing. I'm new to embroidery. I just bought an esante BLN. I'm trying to figure out what software and card I need. Can you help me? I already own embird software but need a card to import designs to my machine I guess. Will this embird program still be of use to me and what card and box should I purchase? I've looked at yours and the PED basic. Thank you so very much.

Hi Ruth,
The Esante BLN manual indicates that you don't necessarily need a card or box for your machine. You can transfer the designs directly from your computer to the embroidery machine. I hope that helps.

Embird will let you edit and change designs, and then when you're ready, you can plug your machine into the computer, and transfer the design as above.

Hi, Ruth. Thanks for your message. I've not used Embird or PED Basic, but my understanding is that Embird should work for you with your Babylock machine. As for as a transfer box goes, the one that we carry and recommend for your machine is the Ultimate Box Basic with a Type I Ultimate Card. That will allow you to take designs that have been downloaded and transfer them over to a card for your machine to read.

Hi, Donna. I'm sorry for your trouble. Please check your "Downloads" folder on your computer. If you can't find the file there, try re-downloading the files using the following instructions:

Download Instructions (entire order):

1) Login at Embroidery.com.
2) Go to "My designs" under your name on our home page.
3) Click on one of the designs you would like to receive, and you will see the option to download one of its formats.
4) To download all of the designs in one zip file click "view or download all items in order"
5) This will give you the order number.zip. Click on that.
6) Next choose the machine embroidery format you would like to have for the order.
7) This will create the zip file for you, and you can then click on the "Download Zip File" icon which appears.
8) After you do that, the image "delivering zip file" will appear. Now you just need to check your downloads folder, and there will be your zip file of embroidery designs.
9) You will then right click on the file to find your "extract" or "unzip" option.
10) This last step will look a little different on your computer, depending on which unzipping software is normally used, but just look for the word "extract", and you will find what you need.

Hi, Marion. I'm sorry you're having trouble locating your previous orders; however, I am pretty sure you are on the wrong website. I looked carefully for past purchases for you in our system and only found one order for you. Please re-check who your previous orders were from and contact the appropriate company.
