Online shipping overview

Our goal is to offer you competitive shipping rates and as many options as we reasonably can (depending on destination). That way, you can balance cost versus delivery time, and make a shipping choice that’s right for YOU. Our goal is to process and ship all in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed online will generate a shipping confirmation e-mail to you at the time your package is shipped. Packages leave our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Please note that all officially recognized United States national holidays are not considered business days, and will therefore increase delivery times.

*Call for quote for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO addresses. We ship to these destinations ONLY by USPS Priority Mail.

Returns & exchanges — call us first!

American Dream Products is confident you’ll find our products to be of the highest quality. However if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return items to us for either a refund or online credit. If an item arrives damaged, or you examine an item at the time you receive it and decide to return it, please call us, 360.863.9340. We'll discuss with you how to proceed.
