One of my fondest Christmas memories is going to see The Nutcracker Ballet here in New York. I can still hear Tchaikovsky’s enchanting suite playing and the Sugarplum Fairy gliding across the stage as if floating on air. My Nutcracker sampler features the main characters of the ballet from darling Clara to the Nutcracker Prince. Each character can also be made up separately as a lovely ornament when stitched either on the fabric of your choice or on 14 count plastic canvas.
