Hi, Robbie. The designer recommends 32 Count Cream Belfast Linen for these patterns. She recommends cutting them to the following size:

Top Design ("Two Hearts"):

28 Count Fabric: 18" x 12"
32 Count Fabric: 16" x 11"

Bottom Design ("Three Hearts"):

28 Count Fabric: 21" x 13"
32 Count Fabric: 19" x 12"
