I want to delete the credit card I have on file, please do that today and when I make another order I will add a new card number
I sent an email recently requesting some special items.n. And I just finished paying for an order that did not have the items listed. My request for the items are not obviously listed but they are there. Since I would like to order now 5 of Deep Waters size 5 and 3 of Love of Life size 5, since it costs almost $50. How do I complete this order and pay for it?

I want to order and I can/t find the place to make sure I can put it on a flash drive! I "had" put in my cc information and it just kept spinning -VERY FRUSTRATED

Thanks for letting us know the situation. I see two orders from you placed yesterday. I can send those to you by email, and you can put them on your flash drive from there. We also have a download area where you can get these files.
To download an individual design at embroidery.com, you'll need to sign in with your username and password.
1. On the embroidery.com home page in the upper right hand corner click account login.
2. Enter your email address and the password that you use for this site.
Once you've entered those and pressed the login button the page will refresh and your name will be in the upper right hand corner.
1. Click your name and choose my designs and the my designs page will load.
2. Find the design that you're want to put on your Flash drive, and click "details /download" this shows you all the formats.
3. Choose the one you'd like to download & click on it.
4. You'll be prompted to choose a saving location unless there's a default already set up in your web browser. You can choose the flash drive as the location, or save it elsewhere on your computer and then copy it to your flash drive.

Hi Taelene and thanks for the question. If you select Embroidery.com layaway, you will be given 30 days to pay for your order. If you need longer than 30 days, please let us know and we are happy to give you a longer period of time if needed.
P.S. Note that if you choose layaway, you may receive periodic emails saying that your order will be canceled if not paid soon, BUT in practicality, orders are not cancelled unless unpaid for 30 days or more, or longer if you have made special arrangements.)

Hi, Jan. You can't pre-pay on your account without having a purchase. If you want to make a layaway purchase and pay on it, you can do that by making a normal purchase, except you will choose "layaway" on the page where you would normally choose a credit card (you can leave the purchase order number blank). Then, finish your order. You will then have 30 days to make payment. When you're ready, you can pay on your account by clicking on "Hello Jean C" at the top of the page. Click "Account Options" , then "Pay on Account". You can then make a payment toward your purchase.

Hi. I don't have a credit card. I want to order but I live in the U.K. Do you not have paypal? I know so many people who only pat by paypal so can't buy from you. Are you going to add paypal
We used to accept paypal but it was only used by a handful of people and required a lot of extra bookkeeping so we didn't migrate it over to the new site. Its on our development list as a low-priority item to be added within the next 6 months.
Prefer to use PayPal for payment since it is more secure.
