Hi Susan,

It looks like the spot where your shipping address is supposed to be listed on your account is blank, so if you tried to delete it then that went through. If you want me to update the address then you can email me the updated address at jeanne@embroidery.com. If you need to pickup then you can pick the 'pickup' option, instead of picking a shipping carrier. That way you won't need to pay for shipping, and can come in to pick up the order.

Hi Ellen,

I told you previously that you probably couldn't update your email address on your own. But I did learn that there is a way to do it on your own. Here's the steps on how to change your email address on your own. 1. You would need to sign in on your embroidery.com account. 2. At the top right of the screen you would click where it says 'Hello Ellen'. 3. Then you would click Account Options on the drop down menu. 4. A bunch of boxes will show up, and you would click the box that says Account Profile. 5. In your Account Profile you can type in the new email address, and then you would click the blue Save tab. From there it will save and you will be good. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

  1. Login to your account at Embroidery.com if you remember your current password.
  2. In the top, right hand corner, click "Hello, Karen", then "Account Options".
  3. This should bring you to a new page. Click "Account Profile".
  4. At the top of this new page, press the light blue button that says, "Change Password".
  5. Here you will find all additional instructions you need for changing your password.

Credit Card Processing & Encryption

Credit card payment information is received from the user and transferred to the payment processor using a secure encrypted connection. Only pages that send or receive payment or personal information are encrypted. Information about the exact encryption protocols being used are available in most web browsers. As a practice, Embroidery Central does not store full credit card numbers for more than a few seconds until the card has been successfully billed. After billing, credit card information is deleted except for the card type, expiration date, and last four digits (for reference) along with a transaction key provided by the credit card processing company. Customers are able to bill the same credit card without re-entering their credit card information. This is accomplished by using the transaction key provided by the credit card processor. Transaction keys are specific to a merchant account and would have no value to a potential hacker.

Minor exceptions to this practice may occur if there is trouble billing the credit card or card information is conveyed over the phone, for example.

I just placed a 2nd order and see that my credit card information was saved on your site. I did not authorize your site to save my credit card info and I would like it removed. You should be able to do that right away as the order I just placed went through. I'd like to shop on your site again but how can I do that without having my card information saved. You can logout by clicking on your name (account). This is a drop down menu which you can select "Logout".

Also, I just added it to the "My Account" page to make it easier to find.
